In my role as content writer for UKTV Gold, I wanted to get as much reach, exposure, and engagement from Gold’s celebrity connections.
The tweets I wrote not only included the talent’s @name – it was important that these tweets went out at the right time for them to be seen by the talent, for the content to be worth retweeting, and that it benefitted the talent.
Rich Fulcher (The Mighty Boosh), Reece Shearsmith, and Armando Iannucci benefitted from these tweets because they were instructing users to view their shows (ATV). With Ricky Gervais, it benefitted him to have good Office content out there since he was promoting the new The Office film.
I worked with our graphic designers to create the templates and designs.
